We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager to join our Global Compensation and Payroll Services team within our fast-growing Total Comp technology environment. This role is critical in leading global implementations, optimising operational delivery, and ensuring tax and mobility compliance for multinational clients. You will lead the team, drive technology-enabled solutions, streamline processes, and enhance service delivery while managing key client relationships. Your responsibilities: Lead and oversee global payroll and compensation technology implementations, ensuring seamless integration and process optimization. Serve as the primary client liaison, managing senior stakeholder relationships and ensuring strategic alignment. Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring data accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with KPIs and SLAs. Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies. Conduct data validations and reconciliation analyses to ensure accuracy in global payroll reporting. Manage client-specific payroll mapping, cost tracking, and vendor turnaround times. Support year-end reporting, compensation summaries, and compliance documentation. Use data analytics to develop insights that drive decision-making for mobility programs. Provide expert guidance on global payroll regulations, expatriate tax compliance, and market trends. Mentor and develop junior and managerial team members in a multi-geographic hybrid structure. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business development, service expansion, and operational excellence. Our requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in global payroll, mobility, or expatriate tax. 8–10 years of experience, with at least 1-2 years in senior management. Proven success in leading global payroll implementations and managing high-profile client relationships. Experience working with complex compensation datasets and compliance requirements. Strong leadership, change management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to drive innovation and influence key stakeholders at a senior level. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data analytics, and project management tools. Why Join Us?
