Position: EMEA Co-manufacturing Manager
Department: End to End EMEA Operations, AN & PET
Manager : Logistic Director
Location: Rolle, Olen, Oss or Amsterdam
Position Overview:
The primary focus of this role is to manage EMEA Animal Nutrition (AN) and PET co-manufacturers, through proper legal contractual and governing relations to secure supply (OTIF), optimize costs and assure safe conditions.
You will be in charge of Co-Manufacturing activities for all AN and PET entities including Feed Additives & Ingredients, Feed, Premix and Minerals. The position has 1 direct report.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary duties of Co-manufacturing management include:
• Secure all contractual and processes governing relations between ADM and the co-manufacturer
• Have co-manufacturers follow the ADM rules to properly manage inventory, avoid destruction and financial burden
• Ensure competitive cost structure and prices (negotiated rates, avoid waste, utilize ADM RM)
• Continuously monitor and report KPIs, for continuous improvement and cost optimization opportunities
• Support the logistics team to manage packaging and relabeling operations according to our quality and performance standards (Late Differentiation Project)
• Ensure all data in our ERP system related to co-manufactured products are created/updated on time, in full.
• Ensure all IT transactions with our tollers are done on time and according to our quality standards with support of the co-manufacturing supply planner.
• Anticipate and alert key stakeholders in case of non-compliance with contractual commitments
New product introduction with co-manufacturers Management
• Support growth through identification and implementation of adapted partnership with identified suppliers:
• CI project management
• Support commercialization of new products and/or capabilities from concept to launch, conducting operations feasibility, and project management follow ups.
