With support from a government innovation grant, we partnered with a demolition company and a research institution to validate our business model. Our next step is scaling the technical implementation of our reuse systems and engaging with investors to accelerate growth. The startup was founded in 2024 by Artem Polsky, an architect and independent consultant in the field of demolition and the reuse of building materials. In December 2024, the startup digitized the market scale for the first time with the open IT platform Map of Demolition, which has already attracted the attention of a number of cantons and manufacturing companies. We are now preparing to engage with investors and are looking for a Co-Founder with expertise in economics and business strategy to help drive the next stage of our growth. Responsibilities: Conduct market analysis and financial modeling to support investment readiness. Develop strategies for scaling operations and entering the market. Collaborate on fundraising efforts, including grant applications and investor relations. Work with industry partners to expand SEPAR’s impact and establish supply chains for reusable materials. Requirements: Background in economics, business strategy, or finance. Experience in sustainability or the construction industry is a plus. Strong analytical and communication skills.
