What You’ll Do: Help clients identify top investment properties and development opportunities. Guide clients through complex commercial real estate transactions using your market expertise. Build and maintain a network of professional relationships to foster long-term success. Stay informed about market trends and opportunities to provide valuable insights to clients. What We’re Looking For: A valid real estate license (or the motivation and ability to obtain one with our support). Proven sales skills and a passion for building strong business relationships. Knowledge of the local market or a strong desire to become an expert. A self-motivated individual eager to thrive in a results-driven environment. Responsibilities: Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal. Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision. Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements. Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data. Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth. Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job or the motivation to get one. Some knowledge of marketing and advertising. Independent worker who is motivated and self-sufficient.
