QualificationsWho You Are: A seasoned mortgage professional with 2+ years of continuous experience in a role such as Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Partner, Processor, Loan Officer, or Underwriter (5+ years preferred). You bring expertise in credit analysis, income and asset documentation, and loan structuring. NMLS licensed (or ready to become licensed if required). Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and known for delivering exceptional service. Proficient in DU, LP, and mortgage software with a thorough understanding of procedures, guidelines, and documentation. You’re a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, making every client feel valued and every team member supported.
