As aLife Insurance Solutions Consultant , you will play a critical role in helping individuals and families secure their financial future through tailored life insurance solutions. You will assess clients’ financial needs, educate them on available life insurance options, and recommend suitable policies to ensure long-term protection and peace of mind. Responsibilities Client Consultation Needs Assessment Engage with clients to understand their financial goals, lifestyle, and insurance needs. Conduct in-depth financial assessments to determine appropriate life insurance coverage. Explain different life insurance products, including term life, whole life, and universal life policies. Customized Policy Recommendations Provide tailored insurance solutions that align with clients’ financial objectives. Address clients’ concerns and help them navigate policy options with transparency. Assist clients in making informed decisions regarding coverage, beneficiaries, and premium structures. Sales Business Development Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement. Present and sell life insurance products to individuals, families, and business owners. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company. Compliance Documentation Ensure all sales and client interactions adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards. Maintain accurate records of client communications, policy applications, and follow-ups. Assist clients with policy updates, beneficiary changes, and claims processes. Ongoing Client Support Education Conduct periodic policy reviews to ensure continued alignment with clients’ evolving needs. Provide financial education on the benefits of life insurance, estate planning, and wealth protection. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and new insurance products. QualificationsEducation Licensing: High school diploma or equivalent Must obtain and maintain a state-issued life insurance license (training and support provided). Skills Experience: No prior experience necessary; entry-level candidates and career changers are encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients. Goal-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Sales, customer service, or financial consulting experience is a plus but not required. Additional Requirements: Ability to pass a background check and licensing exam. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development. Comfortable working in a commission-based or performance-driven environment.
