Global Project Lead Sustainability / Non – Financial Reporting 80- 100% (all genders)


In this function you play a crucial role for steering sustainability for Bossard Group on a global level. Your know-how and practical experience combined, you are responsible for strategic- and data management to ensure transparent reporting.

Main Duties

  • Implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) to disclose our sustainability information, partly in collaboration with an external consulting firm
  • Participation in the development of the double materiality analysis to identify the social and environmental impacts, risks, and opportunities of the company
  • Leadership / project management of reporting according to the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) as part of the CSRD, as well as other frameworks such as GRI, UN Global Compact, SDGs, and others
  • Cross-departmental collaboration to ensure accurate and complete data reporting, including verification of data in connection with ESG indicators
  • Development and maintenance of documentation (including CSRD process documentation and general data collection)


    • Qualification

  • 4+ years of experience in sustainability reporting and leading sustainability reporting projects
  • Extensive understanding and know-how regarding various reporting frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in cross-departmental and international collaboration
  • Familiarity with audit processes and data verification
  • Excellent English and German language skills
