• Support the Investment, Financing & Treasury Team with daily tasks
• Support in the analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities based on risk/ return criteria and management of M&A / Due Diligence processes taking relevant considerations such as financing, legal requirements, risk, ESG etc. into account
• Preparation of Investment Committee and Board related documents
• Support the Team to monitor existing investments against relevant performance measures and risk limits
• First touch points with various stakeholders and shareholders
• Interdisciplinary work includes teaming-up with other departments like Sales, Purchasing or Operations

• Excellent bachelor's degree in relevant field of study (economics, business administration/ management & finance)
• Experience in M&A, Transaction Advisory, Private Equity or Corporate Finance is an advantage
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, sound practical experience using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong team player and skilled communicator
• Personal drive and “getting things done” attitude
• Strong results orientation and focus on implementation, ability to work towards tight deadlines
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
