Responsibilities: Client Consultation & Education – Assess financial needs, educate clients on wealth-building strategies, and provide tailored solutions. Sales & Business Development – Build and manage a client portfolio, present financial services, and expand your network through leads and referrals. Training & Growth – Complete licensing (covered by us), participate in virtual training and stay updated on industry trends. Team Collaboration & Leadership – Work with top mentors, contribute to a supportive team, and develop leadership skills for career advancement. Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives. Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking. Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads. Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets. Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships. Qualifications: No experience required – Full training and licensing provided. Coachable & Driven – Willing to learn and apply proven success systems. Credible & Ethical – Professionalism and integrity are key. Strong Communication Skills – Ability to build trust and present financial solutions effectively. Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – Ready to take action and grow in a commission-based role. Licensing & Costs: State-Specific Licensing Fees Covered – Licensing costs vary by state but typically range from $50 to $300 for pre-licensing courses and state exams. Must possess a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major is desired. Outstanding organizational skills and time management. Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry. Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the hospitality industry.
