I am looking for a UK Licenced insolvency practitioner to assist us with an MVL application.
The company has no valuable assets (fully depreciated assets) and there are no available funds in the bank for distribution (£0.00). While the company is solvent and we initially intended to proceed with a voluntary strike-off, one of our shareholders has requested a formal Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL).
