SALES / RETAIL PERFORMANCE & SUSTAINABILITY INTERN (M/W/D)
Based in Zürich, Switzerland, from May 1, 2025 till December 31, 2025
Your role:
Sales Responsibilities (60%)
Implement the pre-defined national sales strategy on the Swiss and Austrian market. Execute regular Sell-In meetings with assigned customers Support the Sales Directors in preparation and execution of annual negotiations Strengthen relationships with existing key accounts and ensure aligned deliverables are fulfilled (i.e. Sell-In targets, ARA guidelines; Planograms; COOP-Plan ao) Act as Product Owner for the internal Field Force Tool (Simplifield) Proactively collaborate with marketing, customer service and other depts when it comes to assortments, forecasts, launch management, discontinuations, prices, trade and e-trade activities, etc. to deliver exceptional service to clients, in line with brand image requirements Prepare sales forecasts, monitor performance metrics, and report regularly on progress towards goals Manage new product launches, including BDC, catalogs, customer presentations, data entry, and sell-in tracking Lead monthly meetings, coordinate vacation and work schedules, manage projects, and compile statistics Prepare reports for HQ, GM, and manage all inquiries related to multibrand products, business meetings, and market visits
Job responsibilities
Retail Responsibilities (20%)
Participate in the preparation and execution of roll-out plans for ongoing projects, including DTC deployment, IPOS, Dior Connect, and NPS. Facilitate communication between internal teams and retail counters. Assist in identifying and implementing new performance initiatives. Support the execution of retail excellence projects. Conduct sales analysis using Excel and prepare PowerPoint presentations. Contribute to the creation of weekly retail communications. Participate in project management for store openings, renovations, and relocations. Provide operational support during sales events and manage daily tasks, such as processing orders and managing uniforms. Organize challenges and events for beauty consultants to support sales targets. Manage Google My Business accounts for 32 counters. Support the preparation and organization of business meetings. Sustainability Responsibilities (20%)
Collect and analyze data related to the company’s ecological footprint, including energy consumption, CO2 emissions, and waste management. Identify and research best sustainability practices and market trends. Assist in implementing internal programs to improve energy efficiency, reduce waste, and promote ethical practices. Support the organization of sustainability awareness initiatives, such as an annual event. Identify and collaborate with partners for volunteering initiatives. Prepare and present monthly updates for the Sustainability Committee. Assist in the deployment and monitoring of the Sustainability Academy program. Create content for internal and external communications related to sustainability. Help prepare and conduct environmental audits for company practices.
Profile
Your Profile
Strong attention to detail and a hands-on mentality with excellent prioritization skills. Ability to adapt communication styles to suit various stakeholders. Graduate from a business school, hotel school, or university, ideally with a master’s degree in Communication or Marketing. Prior experience in PR or luxury sectors is highly desirable. Fluency in German and French is required; English proficiency is a strong plus. Outgoing and independent personality with a positive and proactive mindset.
