• Develop and implement local quality procedures and work instructions to align with contractual requirements, local standards and Quality Management System
• Conduct internal and external quality audits and reviews
• Prepare, collect (from vendors), review, and submit comprehensive data packages to customers
• Manage delivery and acceptance events (e.g., materials, platforms) in collaboration with customers
• Handle QA-related issues with local subcontractors and suppliers
• Investigate and analyze non-conformances through Root Cause Analysis and coordinate approvals with customers
• Perform Source Inspection at sub-contractor's facilities
• Conduct acceptance inspections on incoming goods to ensure compliance with quality standards

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management
• Background in Electronics, Mechanics or System Engineering – an advantage
• Knowledge in Swiss Federal Acts requirements – an advantage
• Experience in quality conformity audits
• Hands-on experience in source inspections of cables, mechanical and electrical assemblies, and complex systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex system delivery events
• Experience working with the Swiss Army – an advantage
