The world's fastest-growing sports brand is expanding its finance team in Europe, and we're looking for a Lead - Finance Systems. With your proven finance skills, you will help in ongoing daily maintenance and business support which gives an opportunity to grow in a position! Your Mission You aim to constantly improve our system landscape and related processes in the finance and operations area by understanding business needs and by challenging the status quo. You will work on projects to enhance the ERP and the financial processes. You monitor and investigate issues and solve them in a timely manner. You are delivering fast and being able to prioritize incoming tasks. You collaborate with other finance system specialists based in Europe, Asia and North America. You collaborate with other supporting functions (tax, accounting, IT etc). You provide support, bridging finance and IT teams by investigating the root cause of problematic areas. Your story Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and configuration setups within financial systems, including but not limited to general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, financial reporting, budget planning, and intercompany transactions. Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial standards, and system configurations as they relate to ERP implementations. Experience in implementing and supporting a global ERP solution, D365 F&O. Proven success in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 F&O as a global ERP solution, with a minimum of 4 years in similar roles. Proven analytical capabilities, with a focus on diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O and its financial applications. Detail oriented and organized person, with excellent communication skills. Customer oriented team player who is committed to embracing continuous improvements. Understanding end-user needs and requirements in a fast-changing environment. Business fluency in English (spoken and written).
