As Senior Legal Counsel (80-100%) at Crypto Finance Group, you will play a key role in a dynamic and fast‑growing environment at the forefront of the digital asset industry. Responsibilities
Act as a senior legal expert within the Legal & Regulatory team, taking ownership of complex legal and regulatory matters and working closely with the Head of Legal & RegulatoryTake responsibility for strategic, group‑wide legal projects in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate communication with regulatory authorities (, FINMA, BaFin) and handle related requestsProvide high‑quality legal and regulatory advice across all business areas, including corporate governance mattersDraft, review, and negotiate legal documents; manage and instruct external counsel where neededSupport the Group’s international expansion by providing legal and regulatory guidance for new markets, including regions such as LATAMAct as a key legal counterpart for institutional clients and their Legal teamsContribute to business‑critical decision‑making processes from a legal and regulatory perspectiveHelp maintain and further develop the legal and regulatory framework for the Group companiesMonitor and assess relevant legal and regulatory developments, ensuring timely updates to internal stakeholdersSupport the Head of Legal & Regulatory, the Executive Board, and the Board of Directors in legal and regulatory matters affecting the GroupRequirements
3-5 years of experience as Legal & Regulatory Counsel, ideally with exposure to financial regulation or related areas; project management experience is highly desiredA master’s degree in Law or “Lizenziat” in Law from a Swiss University; admittance to the bar and additional relevant education is an assetKnowledge of Web and DLT is a strong assetExperience working in an international and fast‑evolving environment, ideally within financial services, fintech, or technologyProven ability to work in a structured, pragmatic, and efficient manner while maintaining high qualityA dynamic person with a positive attitude and strong motivational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-driven, results-oriented, and hands-on, with an attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and EnglishBenefits
