Detailed description
• Independent carrying out of orders in the food and non-food area
• Monitoring the flow of goods
• Checking goods at the goods in point in cooperation with the Purchasing Team Leader
• Carrying out inventories
• Draw up work schedules for the Kitchen and Stewarding Department, in the Stewarding area in cooperation with the partner companies, taking account of all the legal bases and the volume of business
• Training and management of kitchen Team Members and trainees
• Draw up menus for all outlets in cooperation with the Kitchen Manager
• Hold Team Member interviews and Team Member assessments in cooperation with the Kitchen Manager
• Documentation of the HACCP lists for all store rooms and observing the HACCP bases for all the relevant areas
• Carrying out banqueting events and catering events from event planning to completion
• Carrying out taste cookings and refresher training courses

Salary
3.000 - 3.500 gross pm
Requirements
Previous Experience in a similar role ideally with a large international chain hotel.
You must able to lead a team and report directly to the Executive Chef, replacing him/her if the Ex Chef is not available.
Only applicants with a valid EU visa/permit/passport will be eligible for employment
You are fluent in both German and English
