Ensure staff are following ethical and legal compliance regulations when handling insurance investigation claims. Examine current company policies, make suggestions for improvements, and implement new policies for the branch when necessary. Handle risk management and liability regarding payments of future benefits and maximize profit for the branch by analyzing actuary data and strategically setting premiums. Hire, train, develop, and manage insurance agents with great potential so they become high-performers to gain new clients and maximize sales. Qualifications 4-year degree in finance or business administration. 5+ years of experience in a supervisory position in the insurance industry. Must be well-versed in the different types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products, current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations. Must have an active insurance agent license in your state. Great interpersonal, communication, leadership, and management skills. Compensation $125,000 yearly - At plan commission.
