The hiring company is looking for a highly skilled and autonomous IT Support Specialist to join their team and provide Level 1 & 2 IT support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting their employees with a wide range of IT issues, from basic troubleshooting to complex network and system-related problems. This position requires a proactive and service-oriented mindset, ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure across our global organization. Your task Provide IT support across levels 0 -> 1 -> 2 for approximately 200–250 laptops per site, with a total of 400+ devices across two locations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware (mouse, monitor, laptop), software (Excel, access control, ERP), and network (LAN/WAN/WLAN, cabling, system troubleshooting). Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related queries, ensuring effective and timely resolution of issues. Assist in company-wide IT projects, such as rollouts and system upgrades. Maintain communication with software providers and hardware suppliers to ensure seamless IT operations. Provide guidance and training to employees on IT tools and best practices, fostering a learning-oriented environment. Manage and troubleshoot telephony systems and access control solutions. Execute SQL queries as needed to support system operations. Work flexibly with occasional extra hours for maintenance projects (no regular on-call duty nor piquet). Your profile Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, with the ability to work autonomously from the first week. Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN/WLAN, Active Directory, DNS) and system troubleshooting. Experience with telephony systems and access control solutions. Familiarity with SQL queries. Exposure to software like SolidWorks is a plus but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach.
