Mission We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced investment professional to join our Discretionary Portfolio Management Key Client team, as a Senior Portfolio Manager (PM). Main responsibilities The successful candidate will contribute to the management and performance of Fixed Income portfolios, ensuring alignment with investment strategies and achievement of client objectives. Manage and oversee portfolios, with a particular focus on Fixed Income. The PM will ensure adherence to investment mandates and risk parameters in line with the Global Investment Committee’s recommendations and clients’ guidelines and constraints. Participate in the Fixed Income Committee, generate investment ideas, and conduct in-depth analysis of fixed income markets, macroeconomic trends, and credit instruments to support investment decisions. Monitor portfolio performance and report on key metrics to stakeholders. Contribute to the development of innovative fixed income strategies to meet client needs and promote the DPM Key Client offering. Maintain strong relationships with clients and Relationship Managers, providing updates and insights on portfolio performance and market conditions. Core competencies In-depth understanding of fixed income markets and instruments, including AT1, corporate hybrids and emerging market debt. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in credit analysis and fixed income instrument. Adherence to the company’s values: Dedication, Conviction, Agility and Responsibility. Compliance with regulations and internal directives. Personal skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. A track record of contributing to business development or client growth. Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify business opportunities. Good team player – ability to collaborate well across the various teams and key stakeholders. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. CFA designation (or working toward it) is strongly advantageous. IT Tools Knowledge of usual IT tools (Windows, Bloomberg / Refinitiv). Experience Minimum 10 years of experience. Proven experience in portfolio management or a related role, with a focus on fixed income and client engagement.
