Brand Manager 100% - Maternity Cover (temporary 9 months)

For our Brand Management team, we are looking for an experienced and passionate brand specialist.
What would your role be?
- Providing brand guidance and consulting for internal and external stakeholders to foster brand consistency
- Managing and curating brand management related tools and publications (e.g. Brand Portal, company presentation)
- Curation of the branded items assortment and supporting internal peers in sourcing and branding promotional items and client gifts, including driving our Christmas gift process
- Contributing to our Global Brand Research survey
- Supporting the roll-out of branded templates, creation and conducting educational sessions to promote the changes
- Support in company overarching projects (e.g. campaigns)
- Protecting brand assets: manage references by third parties and domain portfolio
What are we looking for?
- Higher education with training/further education in the field of branding or marketing
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in holistic brand management
- Strong project management skills as owner and contributor, aligning internal and external stakeholders
- Ease in communicating at different seniority levels and ability to build and maintain constructive relationships with a diverse community of stakeholders
- Advanced use of MS Office programs, Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus
- Very good knowledge of English and German, both written and spoken
- Excellent writing and communication skills with a strong ability to craft clear, compelling, and strategic messaging
- A genuine ownership attitude combined with a fast-paced, independent and precise way of working with a high level of quality awareness, even under time pressure
- A dedicated team player with an energetic and self-motivated personality, high personal integrity and service orientation, at the same time a critical thinker
- Organized, reliable and accurate, pro-active and solution oriented
