Job Description

Our client is looking for a DSP Process Engineer to develop and implement systems aimed at enhancing efficiency throughout the production life-cycle. This role includes managing process design initiatives to ensure the safe and effective production of biopharmaceutical products.The engineer will design cost-effective processes and equipment, evaluate existing systems, and recommend improvements to reduce costs and enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement systems to optimize DSP production processes.
  • Oversee DSP process design projects, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Design processes and equipment that are cost-effective and within budget.
  • Evaluate current processes and suggest improvements for cost reduction and productivity enhancement.
  • Configure manufacturing systems to improve sustainability and profitability.
  • Implement methods and process designs, create prototypes, and conduct necessary testing and modifications.

Requirements

  • Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in DSP process engineering.
  • Experience working in GMP facilities.
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time.


Benefits
