For oneof our clients, a global manufacturing company specialized in thelife sciences sector, we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineerbased in the canton of Fribourg.
The Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT)Engineer will lead technology transfer efforts, supportmanufacturing processes and products, and contribute to overalltechnical improvements.
- Contribute to technicaltransfer projects to establish robust and compliant manufacturingprocesses and control strategies.
- Own andmaintain the knowledge of manufacturing processes throughout theproduct lifecycle.
- Author, review, and approvetechnical documents such as batch records, sampling plans, SOPs,risk assessments, study protocols, and technicalreports.
- Provide first-line technical supportto manufacturing, ensuring compliance with relevant instructionsand quality requirements.
- Enhance processunderstanding by identifying key sources of variability and rootcauses of product and process failures.
- Managechange reviews and implementation, risk assessments, qualityinvestigations, impact assessments, and CAPAs in cross-functionalteams.
- Plan and organize training sessions formanufacturing personnel.
- Degree (Bachelor, Master,or equivalent) in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, or relatedfields).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience inthe diagnostics or life sciences industry, with expertise inbiology, biochemistry, immunology, andautomation.
- Proven scientific and technicalexpertise in the diagnostics or pharmaceuticalindustry.
- Structured and methodical approachwith strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellentcommunication abilities.
- Native-levelproficiency in French or German, with at least basic knowledge ofthe other language, and fluent Englishskills.
