About Our Client Our client is a medium-sized organization within the FMCG industry. Job Description Develop and implement customer loyalty programs. Analyze customer behavior and adjust programs accordingly. Collaborate with the Marketing & Agency department to integrate loyalty programs into overall marketing strategy. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of loyalty programs. The Successful Applicant A successful Loyalty Program Coordinator should have: Strong knowledge of customer engagement and loyalty strategies. Excellent project management skills. Proficiency in English; other language skills in French or German are a plus. Experience in the FMCG/Retail sector. Solid understanding of data analysis and customer behavior metrics.
