We are looking for a ERP Business Process Manager (m/f/d) on a contract basis. The position will be based in Basel.

The Consultant will drive the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of ERP systems and supply chain business processes. The role will involve working closely with IT, business stakeholders, and manufacturing sites to ensure seamless process integration, user training, and system enhancements. 

Tasks: 

Lead the evaluation, setup, and implementation of ERP solutions, considering input from manufacturing sites and customers. Manage system changes, upgrades, and new module implementations to improve supply chain efficiency. Ensure ERP integration with other IT applications, maintaining service quality, cost efficiency, and compliance. Align end-to-end supply chain processes with ERP best practices. Work closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and supply chain users to gather requirements and implement improvements. Identify process gaps, propose enhancements, and ensure smooth workflow coordination across teams. Train and support key users and end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices. Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, working instructions, and training materials. Act as a key liaison between business users and IT, ensuring requirements are well-defined and implemented.

Skills: 

Strong background in SAP S/4HANA, Supply Chain Knowledge: Experience with order management, procurement, logistics, and inventory processes. Process Improvement: Ability to analyse, optimize, and document business processes for ERP implementation. Project Management: Experience in leading ERP projects, coordinating stakeholders, and driving execution.
